In 2022, our dream became a reality with the opening of Uile-bheist Distillery & Brewery, making us the first ‘Brewstillery’ in Scotland. Located on the historic banks of the River Ness—it is here where the legendary Loch Ness Monster was born.
Inspired by this mythical connection, our distillery champions sustainability, boasting a cutting-edge energy centre, its own water source and leading the way in sustainable practices. We operate daily tours, from our entry-level Discovery tour, to our bespoke Head Distiller Tour. We also have our Taproom Bar open from 11 am to 11 pm every day.
