Below is a selection of videos to help you familiarise yourself with your boating holiday with Caley Cruisers.
Please note that we do require a minimum of 2 fit and able, adult crew members (must be 21 or over) on board the boat at all times whilst cruising. This is an activity holiday and both members of the crew will be required to participate during locking and berthing procedures. For safety reasons and to comply with our insurers policy, we cannot allow anyone to leave the boatyard without receiving the instructions.
We hope you enjoy watching these short films. They should provide you with a good picture as to what cruising the Caledonian Canal is about. Please bear in mind that we still require the skipper and crew to attend our safety briefings, where an updated version of these short films are part of.
We will supply you with a boat manual and a boating guide – these will provide you with valuable information about safety on your cruiser, along the canal and on the lochs. A map of the cruising area will also be provided.
