Our office is manned Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:00. We will be able to check availability, provisionally book an option for you or book and confirm.

Once we have made a provisional reservation, it will remain on hold for up to 24 hours or as agreed. Sometimes, we may request confirmation on the same day, depending on booking demand. If the hire is due to commence within the following few weeks, we may only be able to hold the option for a few hours. The reservation may be confirmed by paying the initial deposit payment of £180 per week towards the hire charge.
We accept VISA, MasterCard and Debit Card payments. Card payments can be made over the telephone to our office or online via a SagePay secure connection.
Your final balance payment is due 8 weeks before the hire, or if your hire is due to commence within 8 weeks, the full payment would be due to confirm. Please do let us know which payment method you prefer by phoning or emailing us. If you prefer to make a bank transfer, please contact us for our bank details. Please note that transfers from foreign banks may attract additional bank charges which must be paid for by the payer or may be deducted from the amount paid. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept cheques.
For advance bookings we guarantee you an unconditional refund of the money you have paid, if - before 15th January (of the year the booking is to take place) - you have to cancel (for any reason) a holiday booked to be taken from the end of March of that year onwards. (Please note: at the time applicable credit card charges are non-refundable.)
If you have to cancel after 15th January a charge will be applicable. Therefore, we recommend you have a cancellation insurance policy in place at the time of booking. You must telephone us immediately if you have to cancel and on the same day send us written confirmation (email is acceptable). See Condition 6 in our Terms & Conditions for cancellation fees applicable.
At our discretion and subject to availability we may be able to transfer your booking to an alternative date. The hire charge applicable to the new dates or boat class would be applicable.
We require a minimum of 2 reasonably fit and able, adult (must be 21 or over) crew members on board each boat at all times whilst cruising. This is an activity holiday and both members of the crew will be required to participate during locking and berthing procedures.
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer one-way hire.
We recommend that you view our instruction films prior to booking to make sure this holiday is suitable for you and all members of your crew. (Note: It will still be necessary, though, to attend our safety briefings on arrival.) Should you have any queries or concerns, please do not hesitate to get in contact to discuss these with us.
If you make a booking before the end of October but for the following year/season, you will receive the hire charge of the year/season prior to the year in which the booking is to take place (provided this is lower). Please note: where bank holiday dates change every year (e.g. at Easter), the equivalent hire charges applicable for the same bank holiday period (i.e. Easter) will apply.
Please note: the correct price is displayed when using the availability checker.
Many of the larger vessels such as Torridon, Kintail, Strathspey, Highland Monarch and Balmoral class do book up to 12 months in advance therefore we do recommend you book these as early as you can, to avoid disappointment.
And remember, if you have to cancel for any reason, and providing you do so before 15th January, your deposit for next season is fully refundable.
