We are delighted to be able to offer motorhome hire for 2013.
We are working with our partner company Loch Ness Motorhomes and can offer 2 brand new Tribute T-720 motor homes. They are ideal for couples and families and can comfortably sleep 4 - 6 people (seating for 4 persons only though when travelling). It's a fantastic way to explore the rest of the Highlands & Islands after your cruise through the Great Glen!

Exploring the spectacular scenery with a motor home will provide you with the freedom to go wherever you want at your own pace, completely self-contained. There are hundreds of miles of beautiful roads stretching into lovely, secluded spots where you can enjoy walks along deserted beaches and explore all the Highlands have to offer. It's the ideal combination to pair up with a boat cruise.

Why not try 4 nights on a boat, cruising the spectacular Caledonian Canal, and follow this with 3 nights in the motor home?

These motorhomes offer very flexible accommodation. A forward lounge consists of a half-dinette, two swivelling cab-seats and a two-seat inward-facing settee. There is an over cab bed for 2 people above the wheelhouse, accessible via ladder. An additional four seat lounge-diner is available at the far rear, which can be converted into a double berth. The half-dinette and the settee in the forward lounge can also be converted into additional accommodation, if required.
The table can be used in the forward as well as in the rear dining area. Seating areas are separated by the kitchen and the washroom with walk-in shower compartment.

The Tribute T-720 is powered by a 140bhp Euro 5 Duratorq turbo-diesel engine.
It is equipped with six sleeping berths and four travel seats. The motor home has full AA cover. It is fully equipped so you have all your crockery, cutlery, bed linen, towels etc. It comes with Eberspächer heating, cooker, fridge shower & toilet.

The Motorhome is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with a full fuel tank.

We require the registered driver/s to be between 25 and 75 years of age. They must have held their driving license for 2 years or more. For non UK license holders and UK drivers with more than 3 penalty points, a license check by our insurers will be required before being permitted to drive.

Hire charges are detailed in the grid below. In addition to this is a £750 damage deposit (i.e. payment authorisation for the value of £750). Provided the motor home is returned clean, on time at the agreed location, re-fuelled and without any damage, the payment authorisation will be cancelled and no charge will be made. In the event of any damages or breach of the terms & conditions, the accrued costs as a result of this will be deducted from the damage deposit.

Pets are allowed for an additional £35 per pet/per week (minimum charge of £35 is applicable). Please advise in advance if you would like to bring your pet.

Our motor homes are also available to hire in the winter months (November to March inclusive). The hire charges during the winter period are £550 per week and £385 for a short-break. Please note: the earliest availabilty is in Spring 2013.

The take over time on your first day of hire is currently between 12-14:00 and the return time on the last day of hire is currently 09:30am.

Deposit payments due upon confirmation are currently as follows:
Hire charge £500-£750 Deposit: £150
Hire charge £751-£900 Deposit: £170
Hire charge £901+ Deposit: £180

The balance of hire is due 8 weeks prior to holiday start date.
