Clansman Harbour
The Clansman Harbour is located on the north shores of Loch Ness and makes an ideal stopping place. From the mooring use the underpass to reach the hotel on the other side above.

Sights & Walks
Abriachan Garden Nursery – This unique, beautiful garden and nursery, located a 5-10 minute walk from the harbour (please be careful as it is a busy road) is well worth a visit. Donald and Margaret Davidson, the owners have a great amount of knowledge and passion about the plants they grow and sell and you can tell that by just looking around the gardens. They are open all year and RHS members get free access to the gardens.

Abriachan Forest Walks & Bike Trails – A path from beside the Clansman Hotel takes you 2 miles up the hill to the Abriachan Forest where there is a great selection of different, well laid out forest walks suitable for all levels and abilities. The Abriachan Forest Trust has also created 14kms of managed mountain biking trails and an obstacle course to give all members of the family something to do.
The Abriachan Trails can be accessed from the car park at the Clansman Hotel.

Jacobite – Experience Loch Ness – Jacobite operates cruises out of the Clansman Harbour daily, all year round and can be an ideal way for you to visit and experience Urquhart Castle without having to worry about the mooring time restrictions at the castle. Timetables and further information are available from the office at the harbour.

Cobbs Loch Ness Restaurant & Bar – Located within the Loch Ness Clansman Hotel this restaurant serves up generous portions of fine local produce with a contemporary twist. The bar also stocks a large selection of wines and whiskies to suit all tastes. They also offer a free “Drive & Dine” service available within a 4 mile radius of the hotel.

Loch Ness Lodge – An elegant and intimate retreat in the heart of the Scottish Highlands overlooking the mysterious and beautiful Loch Ness.
